Rye bread snacks flavored with Greenlandic angelica connects the old Danish tradition of baking with rye with the Arctic tradition of using wild herbs from the mountains in the food. Kvann Kompagniet work with local harvesters from outlying districts of Southern Greenland who pick and dry the wild angelica. The crispy rye bread snacks are produced in collaboration with the Danish compagny Max Krone. Well suited as a snack with a beer or a drink or served with some cheese or some dip.
