Ingredients: Dried leaves and flowers from Arctic thyme. May contain tiny stalks.

Arctic thyme crawls along the ground and brightens rocky areas with its small, violet flowers. The thyme has a wonderfully intense, delicate, soft and sweet taste. Because of the harsh growth conditions and short summer with constant sunlight it develops into one of the finest, most tasty thymes in the world. It will flavour lamb like nothing else in the world but is also well suited for dark as well as white meats. To preserve the delicate taste the Arctic herbs are not heat-treated but simply air dried. If they are used in dishes prepared cold, we recommend a quick scalding.
